19:30-20:30 Epee free fencing (Friendly matches for all after beginner's course)

Wednesday
18:30-19:30 Epee techniques (Legwork and pair exercises. If You want a private lesson, agree with Antti in advance)
19:30-20:30 HEMA free fencing (Try and fight ONLY after Antti says it's ok. You can come and train solo drills and observe the beatdown.)

19:30-20:30 Epee free fencing

Training 6.11. is cancelled

Beginners course will skip this date and continue again next Wednesday.

Suuret kiitokset Ruusa Degermanille (OMS) kesän florettitreeneistä. Vieraaseen aseeseen tarttuminen voi olla haastavaa mutta palaute on ollut hyvää. Opetus oli innostavaa ja tietävää, kiinnostus kasvoi entisestään.

Foil in the summer

Ruusa Degerman from Oulun Miekkailuseura is staying the summer in Vaasa and has kindly offered to teach anyone willing foil fencing.

Foil fencing will be on schedule Wednesdays 19-20, July-August, per arrangement.

This means that You have to send an email to Ruusa IF You are coming to fence every time, day before. Otherwise, there will be no training.

If You are not a member of VaMi, You are required to pay the membership fee for 2013 and training fee of 20 euros. Send Antti an email if You are interested.

Beginners' course

Springs beginners' course is "drop-in" this time.
You can come to any said training to try out once and with one payment train the basics until the end of May.

Mondays 18:30-20:00 HEMA
Wednesdays 18:30-19:45 Sports fencing

You'll need indoor shoes and long sweat pants. Price is 50/40€ (working/unemployed, retired, student) which covers membership for 2013 and training in both HEMA and sports fencing (no discount if You want to train in only one).
