HEMA basics weekend seminar 22.-23.3.
Seminar will run both days
10-12, 13-15.
Bring Your own snack.
You'll need sweatpants, t-shirt, indoors shoes and water bottle.
We'll go through a few basic techniques from a 15th century system by Fiore dei Liberi. These techniques in our mind open the fundamentals of the system.
In case of multiple languages used by participants the teaching is done in english.
Remember that HEMA is all the time evolving as new interpretations arise.
Price 50€ (40€ unemployed, students, military, retired). Cost covers the seminar, membership for 2014 and training for the rest of the spring period. Insurance is not included.
The seminar is K-15.

Mondays
18:30-19:30 HEMA techniques (You can stay and train solo drills afterwards)
19:30-20:30 Epee free fencing (Friendly matches for all after beginner's course)
Wednesday
18:30-19:30 Epee techniques (Legwork and pair exercises. If You want a private lesson, agree with Antti in advance)
19:30-20:30 HEMA free fencing (Try and fight ONLY after Antti says it's ok. You can come and train solo drills and observe the beatdown.)

As always I cannot guarantee the quality of the prints. It has varied somewhat previously. The price is 23€ t-shirt/25€ long sleeve including post.
