For anyone who can't come on Mondays, or anyone who wants to train more than once a week, it is possible to train on Thursdays at 18.30!
We will go through the things from the latest beginner's course training with a focus on practical application of the techniques. As the course progresses we will also do sparring/freeplay if anyone wants to try.
